About The Position
The Four Seasons Hotel seeks a Residences Concierge to join our talented team! Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residential Concierge responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident's needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. This role involves handling resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, processing packages, managing access to the building, and ensuring that information for local attractions is current. The position also requires monitoring emergency situations and coordinating elevator bookings for move-ins or move-outs.
