Residence Manager III (ID/DD exper. required)
About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, people-centered leader to oversee a home for 12 individuals who rely on compassionate, hands-on support. Every day in this home is full of personality and connection - whether it's someone belting out their favorite songs in the shower, FaceTiming with family members, or lighting up when you take them out for their favorite outing in the community. If you value those moments as much as we do, you'll fit right in.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (with one year of experience supporting the ID/DD population) or... 4 years of experience supporting people with ID/DD
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (IRA experience preferred)
- Familiarity with OPWDD regulations
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
