SIGN ON BONUS-UP TO $1000 New Hire Rate: $26.59 SUMMARY: Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Trainer and mentor for newly hired/promoted Residence Managers/Assistant Residence Managers/Relief Staff. Supervises the orientation/training program for any assigned residences and relief staff. Relief staff management and scheduling. Utilizes training protocols and oversight to provide ongoing staff training/education/review within the Residential department. Provides agency training as assigned. Schedules in-service training for all relief and assigned staff and assures attendance. Must be flexible to working in multiple residential sites, regular travel is required. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and previous supervisory experience preferred
  • or a combination of education and experience that in the opinion of the reviewing agency, exceeds the above standards of the program
  • Valid NYS driver's license with 12 months driving history
