About The Position

The Residence Manager and Interior Director will oversee the interior operations of a primary residence in Palm Beach, ensuring that the domestic team operates smoothly and meets the family's standards and preferences. This role requires coordination with the Property Manager and various teams, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to maintain high service levels and manage household staff effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a fine home, boutique hotel, or private yacht with excellent verifiable references.
• Strong hospitality/housekeeping background and eye for detail.
• Dynamic and able to work well under pressure.
• Intuitive professional who anticipates needs.
• Hard-working with demonstrated loyalty and discretion.
• Computer literate and tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft products.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform a daily walkthrough to ensure family standards and preferences are met.
• Coordinate with various teams including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Spa.
• Communicate maintenance items to the Property Manager with the proper trail for tracking.
• Manage residence inventories and maintain PAR levels.
• Maintain the House Manual, SOPs, and checklists on SharePoint; update and edit as required.
• Manage household staff schedules and duties.
• Provide ongoing training to staff.
• Communicate family preference updates.
• Set-up for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Host and serve meals during family gatherings.
• Coordinate projects, events, and floral arrangements.
• Manage wardrobes and packing for family members.
• Assist with driving and errands as requested.
• Travel to South Florida properties and other domestic properties as needed.
