Residence Life at CU Boulder is encouraging applications for the Residence Life Office Manager! Residence Life provides transformative residential communities where approximately 10,000 students, staff, faculty, and families live, learn, and grow together. Within the department, this position is responsible for the operations of the central office, provides administrative support for the Residence Life leadership team, supports elements of the student and staff experience, assists with departmental operations, and at times, supports scheduling functions within the Graduate and Family Housing central office. This role supervises 3-5 student assistants, supports tracking the departmental budget, and provides a high degree of customer service to parents, students, faculty, and staff. The individual in this role will support the work performed by Assistant Directors, Associate Directors, and the Director by drafting and sending formal and informal communication, scheduling meetings, managing departmental calendaring, and advising staff about University policy and protocols. This role will have regular contact with leadership from within the department, and within the Division of Student Affairs, and will be expected to operate with a high degree of accuracy and independence.
