About The Position
Residence Life Coordinators (RLCs) at Washington & Jefferson College are student-centered professional staff members within the Office of Residence Life that are responsible for fostering a supportive, inclusive, and learning focused experience within campus residence halls. Residence Life Coordinators report to the Director of Residence Life and work collaboratively to achieve a wide range of departmental, divisional, and institutional goals through direct service to students living on campus. Residence Life Coordinators for First-Year Student Success are uniquely positioned to have a positive impact on the experience of first-year students at Washington & Jefferson College. The primary focus of this position is an intentional connection to students as they transition to campus through the residential experience and collaboration with a wide range of college initiatives, resources, and support systems. This is an in-person, full-time, 12-month, live-in position.
