About The Position

The Residence Hall Manager is responsible for managing operations related to campus housing, which includes facilitating student development, leading and training a team of Resident Assistants, fostering a community environment, mediating conflicts, planning events, and enforcing campus policies through disciplinary procedures including Title IX. The role also involves coordinating administrative operations such as budgeting, purchasing, record keeping, building security, and maintenance requests related to community living. Additionally, the manager will support Student Life and Activities for 10 hours per week.
