As an RHD, you support our department’s mission in creating a student-centered experience in our residence halls and programs. RHDs strive to ensure our students have a safe, respectful, environment to live, learn and grow. Ultimately, our RHDs strive to create a sense of belonging for our students to create a positive residential experience and to support the university in student retention. The RHD reports to an Area Coordinator and serves on a team of approximately 15 Residential Living professional staff.
