About The Position
The Residence Hall Director (RHD) is a live-in position responsible for overseeing community development and providing a living-learning experience for undergraduate students in residence halls. The RHD will manage program development, supervise Resident Advisers, and support student organizations while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This role requires strong administrative and counseling skills, as well as the ability to respond to emergencies and crises effectively.
