About The Position
The Residence Director for the EXPLO Middle School program at Wellesley College is responsible for overseeing dorm and student life during a 4-week summer program for students in grades 6-8. This role involves creating a safe and engaging community, supporting Student Advisors, and communicating with caregivers about student experiences. The Residence Director will also participate in various operational tasks and lead activities, ensuring a joyful and inclusive environment for all participants.
