About The Position
The Residence Director (RD) is a required live-in position within the Student Life division at HSU. This role is designed to provide students with opportunities for meaningful engagement and transformation in the co-curricular context. The RD will supervise and lead a community of students, aiming to foster a vibrant Christian community that is fully engaged in both the academic and co-curricular life of HSU. The RD plays a crucial role in the education, development, and empowerment of the whole student.
