About The Position

The Residence Concierge will oversee all personal needs of assigned guests residing in the Villas, Penthouses, Bungalows and suites. This role will assist with all special requests and arrangements prior to guest arrival. Upon arrival, the Residence Concierge provides formal services including but not limited to: escorting to rooms, inspecting guestrooms, checking-in guests, wake-up service, room service assistance, online grocery shopping, transportation, handling dry-cleaning requests, shining of shoes, housekeeping services and unpacking/packing services.
