About The Position

As a Residence Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of four A+ Group Homes and help ensure each residence functions smoothly and in alignment with the agency's mission and regulatory standards. In this role, you will provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing education to staff, while actively participating in clinical reviews, recovery planning, and maintaining documentation that meets all compliance requirements. You will contribute to quality improvement efforts, assist with staff training, and oversee risk management and safety practices within the residences. The position also includes participation in the on‑call rotation and the ability to provide direct support during emergencies when needed. In addition, you will advocate for residents, collaborate with treatment providers, and develop activities that promote meaningful community integration. You will also design and implement treatment interventions that help residents progress toward their individual recovery goals.

Requirements

  • Master Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field required
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.

  • Support residents in achieving their recovery goals by contributing to the development of meaningful, person‑centered interventions
  • Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention.
