About The Position
Essity North America Health and Medical Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Risk, Environmental, Safety & Health (RESH) Manager for our advanced wound care manufacturing sites located in Manchester, CT and Newark, DE. As part of the site leadership team (SLT), this critical position will be responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture that engages all employees, implementing programs that ensure sustainable compliance to applicable regulations and Essity requirements while driving risk reduction and hazard elimination through continuous improvement processes. We are looking for a transformational leader who embodies our values, is not afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move with a sense of urgency. This is an onsite role, and the ideal candidate should live in the Manchester, CT area or is willing to relocate.
