About The Position

The Resettlement Program Supervisor at Commonwealth Catholic Charities is responsible for overseeing the delivery of resettlement services, ensuring that program targets related to education, employment, and youth mentorship are met. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required.
• Six years of experience in a related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to reliably transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the ONA Resettlement staff and develop service standards, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor service delivery and documentation of case management, education, health, and employment services.
• Ensure quality of Resettlement Services program case record documentation, both manually and electronically.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and facilitate program communications.
• Monitor ONA grant budgets to ensure appropriate spend down of funds.
• Research and build relationships with community stakeholders to access services for clients.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Represent the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional manner.
