The Connecticut Institute for Refugees, Inc. (CIRI) is a statewide nonprofit organization that assists refugees and immigrants resolve legal, economic, linguistic, and social barriers so that they become self-sufficient, integrated and contributing members of the community. We are seeking a dedicated Resettlement Case Manager to provide in-person support, social services, and acculturation assistance to Afghan Humanitarian Parolees, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, refugees, and other eligible immigrant populations. This role focuses on supporting individuals and families after their initial resettlement period, helping them identify needs, set goals, and build the skills and connections required for long-term stability and independence. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, compassionate, highly organized, and committed to relationship-based work. Please note: This is a fully on-site role serving clients in the community. It is not a hybrid or remote position.
