About The Position
Resets / Remodel Merchandiser (Nights) – $20/hr + $1,000 Completion Bonus | Local SPAR Marketing Force is growing our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team! This Reset Merchandiser role will be part of a 16-week store remodel project remodeling the insides of big box retailers — with the opportunity to continue on future projects once this one wraps up. You’ll work overnights building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. If you have a background in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this could be a perfect fit. The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, knows their way around a tool bag, and takes pride in producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. 👉 Stick with the project. Requirements
- Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
- Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
- Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts
- Knowledge and ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Personal cell phone and valid email address required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Steel-toed footwear required on job site
- Must live within 45 miles of Pagosa Springs, CO

Responsibilities
- Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores
- Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Engage in considerable physical activity; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
