About The Position

SPAR is expanding its overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. This Reset Merchandiser role involves remodeling the interiors of big box retailers, working during overnight shifts to build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures. Candidates with a background in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor are encouraged to apply. The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, skilled with tools, and capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Projects include category resets and fixture installation, offering ongoing, long-term work. SPAR Marketing Force collaborates with national retail stores to manage new store setups or complete store remodels.

Requirements

Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
Ability/Willingness to work Overnight shift
Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
Ability to work in Team environment
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Personal cell is required
Valid email address
Professional appearance and demeanor
Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site
Must live within 45 miles of Baxter, MN
