About The Position

SPAR is expanding its overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. This role involves remodeling the interiors of large retail stores, specifically building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures during overnight shifts. The company is looking for self-sufficient, highly motivated individuals with experience in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, who can deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The projects primarily focus on category resets and fixture installation, with continuous work available.

Requirements

• Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
• Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
• Ability/Willingness to work Overnight shift
• Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
• Ability to work in Team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal cell is required
• Valid email address
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site
• Must live within 45 miles of Silver City, NM

Responsibilities

• Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores
• Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures
• Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
• Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion
