Resets/Remodel Merchandiser Nights Local $20 hour
About The Position
SPAR is expanding its overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. This role involves remodeling the interiors of large retail stores, working overnight to build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a background in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor. The position requires a self-sufficient, highly motivated individual who is proficient with tools and can deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Projects include category resets and fixture installation, with ongoing long-term work available. SPAR Marketing Force collaborates with national retail stores on new store setups and full store remodels.
Requirements
- Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
- Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
- Ability/Willingness to work Overnight shift
- Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
- Ability to work in Team environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
- Personal cell is required and valid email address
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site
- Must live within 45 miles of Forest Lake, MN

Responsibilities
- Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores
- Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures
- Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
- Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion
- Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50
