About The Position

SPAR is expanding its overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. This Reset Merchandiser role involves working as part of a team to remodel the interiors of big box retailers. Responsibilities include working overnight shifts, building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. Individuals with experience in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, skilled with tools, and capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Projects encompass category resets and fixture installation, with continuous long-term work available.

Requirements

• Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
• Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
• Ability/Willingness to work Overnight shift
• Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
• Ability to work in Team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal cell is required
• Valid email address
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site
• Must live within 45 miles of Baxter, MN

Responsibilities

• Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores
• Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures
• Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
• Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion
• Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50
