The Reserve Ranger provides essential support to the full-time Senior Camp Ranger by filling in during planned and unplanned absences. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and upkeep of the camp property, facilities, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, particularly on weekends, and be skilled in general maintenance, custodial duties, and emergency response. This part-time role is anticipated to work approximately one (1) weekend a month, though the schedule may be variable and include daytime, evening, and overnight hours. This role is primarily based at Camp Fiddlecreek in Labadie, Missouri, but may be occasionally scheduled to assist at other GSEM camp properties. The starting hourly wage for this role is $20.00.
