Requirements

  • Certified in training of reservations agents
  • Systems- Passkey & OnQ experience
  • Reservations (Group and Transient) experience

Responsibilities

  • The Reservations Supervisor will oversee the Reservations department in absence of Manager.
  • Processes and monitors group block reservations and follows up with various departments as appropriate.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
  • Assist in supervising the activities of Reservations Department to meet company standards and provide guest satisfaction.
  • Block rooms per reservations requirements in collaboration with sales and other departments.
  • Work with customers, maintain equipment and participate in operation as needed.
  • Monitor revenue.
  • Schedule Communication and Reservation Agents.
  • Ensure quality control.
  • Audit documents and phone calls.
  • Attend weekly group pickup meetings.
  • Execute ongoing standards training.
