About The Position
Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country, Canada and Mexico. We were recently Voted Top 25 Best Hotel Brand in the World – Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards. We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Central Reservations Team. FULL TIME, AND PART TIME WORK-FROM-HOME POSITIONS AVAILABLE! Accepting applicants who are residents within - Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia or Florida - ONLY Please note: The schedule for this role will be: 9:00am/10am to 5:30pm/6:30pm PST and will include weekend shifts. Requirements
- Previous reservations sales experience is preferred
- Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.
- Sales focused with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.
- Desire to learn and grown within the hotel and/or tourism industry.
- Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently within a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task
- Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.
- Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested
- Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems
- Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests
- Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department
