As a Reservations Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their hotel reservations and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-9pm (Weekend availability required) THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

Requirements

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software
  • Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
  • Familiarity with hospitality management and hotel operations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making hotel reservations
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, and availability
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the reservation system
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests
  • Perform night audit duties as needed
