About The Position

Delta's Reservations Technology and Innovation team is redefining how customers and employees experience travel. We're looking for a Product Owner who will own and evolve our workforce management and specialist frontline tools platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable value for both our customers and Reservation specialists. Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to Analysts in reviewing, communicating, and translating business needs for both technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to deliver high-value features aligned with business goals
  • Write clear user stories, features, and acceptance criteria that capture both functional and non-functional needs
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, balancing usability, business outcomes, and technical feasibility
  • Partner with Product Managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, impactful solutions
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives) and champion best practices
  • Align with other Product Owners to manage dependencies and maintain a cohesive product ecosystem
  • Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency to measure product success
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes transparently with business and IT leaders
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement
