About The Position

What You'll Do Revenue Strategy + Analytics Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly forecast reports and pacing updates Manage rate structures, restrictions, and availability across PMS, CRS, and channel systems Monitor distribution costs and optimize channel mix to improve net revenue Participate in revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations to leadership Monitor booking pace and reservation trends; identify opportunities to improve performance and processes Ensure accurate loading and maintenance of rates, packages, and promotions in PMS/CRS Reservations Leadership + Execution Audit reservations regularly to ensure compliance with property standards and company policies Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the reservation system Handle incoming calls, emails, payments, and online inquiries related to reservations Track call conversion and implement improvements to increase booking success Maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings, amenities, and local market demand Coordinate with Front Office on arrival patterns, overbooking controls, and inventory management What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of hotel reservations, revenue, or front office experience High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills and a guest-service mindset Working knowledge of revenue management principles and distribution channels Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools Key Competencies (How You’ll Win Here) Strategic, commercial mindset Analytical thinker who can interpret booking data and act quickly Detail-oriented with high accuracy and accountability Strong collaborator who can influence across departments Results-driven with a continuous improvement approach Guest-centric focus on service quality and revenue optimization Why This Role Is Exciting High-impact position with visibility and partnership across the commercial team Opportunity to shape strategy, drive performance, and improve processes A role for someone who enjoys both big-picture revenue strategy and hands-on execution Annual salary range: $60,000 - $70,000

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of hotel reservations, revenue, or front office experience
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-service mindset
  • Working knowledge of revenue management principles and distribution channels
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools
