Reservations Intern
About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Reservations Department. Throughout the internship in the Reservations Department, you will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of the Reservations Department and Switch board. You will learn about how to address different types of requests, assist reservations team with delivering the highest levels of service excellence through our different channels: via phone, email and FS chat interaction. You will also gain revenue and strategic knowledge working in close contact with our Revenue and Sales Department. You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to deal with different partners, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures.
