Yellowstone Club’s Member Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Reservations Concierge for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment months are June - September. The purpose of the Reservations Concierge is to be the most extraordinary “first impression” Members and receive when they reach out to coordinate all aspects of their stay. They assist various tasks prior to and during visits and providing information about the Club. Reservations Concierge is responsible for guest tracking and management, dining reservations, event registrations and check in, and transportation and rental car booking, spa, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a Director to assist in problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest,maintainingoutstanding service standards, solid productknowledgeand all other components of guest service.
  • Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guestsat all times, take pride inrepresentingYellowstone Club professionally with ourMembersand guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures tomaintaina secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times. In the event ofan accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resourcesimmediately.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all companyemployeesto foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Digitally interactwith Members, guests, and prospective Members to obtain and disperse informationdigitally.
  • Seeksmost efficientmanner in whichto meet Member expectations.
  • Providesaccurateandtimelyinformationregardingservices, events, andlocalarea activities.
  • Understand and effectively complete Member and guest registration on a daily basis.
  • Facilitates dining reservations, transportation and rental car bookings, flower and balloon orders, and event registrations for Members, guests, and prospective Members.
  • Interfaces with other departmentsin order tomeet Member, guest, and prospective Member requests.
  • Answers Member, guest, prospect, and interdepartmental inquiries by telephone, facsimile,emailand mail.
  • Assistswith event check-in
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities ina timelyand efficient mannerin accordance withestablished Clubpolicies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overallobjectivesof this position.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendanceand consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Maintain privacy of ourMembersat alltime.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors,managersand directors.
  • Perform work in a safe andhigh qualitymanner.
  • Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings,weekendsand holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
