The Reservations Group & Wholesale Lead should be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced sales and service environment and fostering a team culture that strives for excellence. Lead will work closely with other departments, including Group Sales, Accounting, and Property Management. The Lead will be instrumental in ensuring lodging and ancillary reservations booked via all channels are complete and free from errors so that they may be fulfilled with ease and so that guest expectations are met. Reservations include lodging, lift tickets, rental equipment, sports school, golf, and all other product offerings that may be booked in advance. This person will be up to date on all Tamarack product features, guest benefits, discounts and promotions. Leadership development plan and system training will be provided.
