Requirements

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and welcoming speaking voice.
• Fluent English required.
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate execution of room reservations for guests.
• Complete room reservations for any given time period, knowing available accommodations, rates, and special services.
• Properly code all reservations regarding rate type, source, travel agent, and special requests.
• Understand potential guest needs in room accommodations and participate in problem-solving situations while keeping the Reservations Manager informed.
• Utilize the guest recognition program for maximum accuracy and recognition.
• Retrieve, update, and input room reservations using the computer system.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
