About The Position

Burke Williams is a world-class urban day spa with ten luxurious locations throughout California. Our superior Guest Services Call Center team is located in Henderson, Nevada. This position is a work-from-home role, but applicants must live in Nevada and be able to travel to the office located in Henderson/Green Valley for onboarding. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping people and want to work with a dynamic team of professionals.

Requirements

• Must have own equipment and internet service to work from home: Computer or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher, Minimum 8GB Memory, Minimum 250GB of hard disk space, Google Chrome or Firefox browser, Ethernet cord.
• Must have a quiet space to perform work at home, with no background noises or distractions.
• Must be able to have video on and audio settings working for live Zoom training.
• Comfortable learning remotely and navigating computer settings and general internet troubleshooting.

• 1 year of work from home experience with positive feedback from previous employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the voice of Burke Williams.
• Field all customer service inquiries in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ensure guests have a transformative experience at Burke Williams.
• Become an expert in all spa services and the computer system that manages guest reservations.

Benefits

• $16.00/hour plus incentives and yearly increases.
• Full-time positions available (32 hours per week).
