Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Assist guests in booking their stay at the resort.
• Handle reservations and manage booking inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
