About The Position
The position involves providing courteous and informative first contact with potential guests of the hotel to optimize Reservations sales. The role requires understanding and responding to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer complaints effectively, and being familiar with all hotel information necessary to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenues. The employee will also be responsible for following specified procedures for routine job tasks, actively promoting hotel services, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
