Of course, they’ll also help with arrival and departure, from airport transfers to luggage storage. Our team is currently seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Agent to join the team. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations or guest service.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Assist with arrival and departure processes, including airport transfers and luggage storage.
• Provide fast, friendly, and easy communication with guests regarding their reservations.
• Ensure a seamless experience for guests planning their trips.
