About The Position
We are seeking a Reservations Agent, an exciting opportunity to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville! The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling both Four Seasons Denver and Four Seasons Nashville rooms and providing information to prospective guests. This role involves capturing sales from incoming calls and coordinating details of each reservation to ensure guest satisfaction. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
