Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year in a related field.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and HP computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and any other communication from guests promptly and professionally.
  • Answer general questions, create reservations, and confirm pending reservations.
  • Direct phone calls, take messages, and communicate with additional coworkers as needed.
  • Input information regarding resort members and guests using a computer.
  • Comply with PCI standards in handling customer and guest information.
  • Assist guests with any questions, problems, or concerns and communicate unknown situations to the proper department.
  • Know local points of interest and provide directions to guests.
  • Maintain a tidy, quiet, and operational workspace and area.
  • Effectively deal with guest problems in the absence of supervisory staff and resolve unusual situations to guests' satisfaction.
  • Assist with any special projects as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
