Join one of the fastest-growing transportation companies! American Transportation provides School & Charter Bus services across CA & NV. We're seeking a detail-obsessed data entry pro to support our Sales & Reservations team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Extreme attention to detail & accuracy
- Fast & precise typing skills (high-volume data entry experience preferred)
- Spreadsheet expertise (Excel/Google Sheets – formulas & formatting)
- Tech-savvy & quick learner
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
- Sales or Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume phone calls and emails from clients.
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our transportation services.
- Enter and process trip reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct daily accuracy checks on entered trip data.
- Generate and send trip confirmations.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by Sales Directors.
