About The Position

Join our team as a Reservation Booking Administrator, supporting clients by managing detailed vacation booking processes and maintaining organized planning systems in a remote environment. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by coordinating reservations, verifying booking details, and ensuring that all itinerary components are accurately documented and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be maintaining organization, consistency, and accuracy across all booking-related tasks. You will assist with coordinating a variety of vacation arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple confirmations and time-sensitive details, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workflows efficiently. You will help ensure that reservations are properly confirmed, recorded, and aligned within each itinerary. You will also support communication by organizing booking updates, tracking reservation progress, and ensuring that all information is accessible and up to date. Monitoring timelines and following up on incomplete bookings will be an important part of your daily workflow. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy structured processes, organization, and working with detailed systems. Training is provided.
