Join the Christopher Klebanoff Lab as a Research Technician! The Klebanoff Laboratory is advancing adoptive T cell transfer (ACT) by addressing the key barriers preventing its success in solid tumors, including identifying safe tumor-specific targets and enhancing T cell infiltration, expansion, and persistence. You will help drive innovative immunotherapy research using ground-breaking genomic, biophysical, and engineering approaches, contributing directly to the development of more effective treatments for patients with advanced solid cancers. Role Overview: Laboratory Support: Prepare and maintain lab equipment, instruments, solutions, stains, assays, and other essential supplies. Techniques & Assays: Perform specialized techniques, such as cell culture, qPCR, western blot, ELISA, CRISPR etc. Animal Handling: Conduct animal studies, including injections, tissue/fluids collection, and animal autopsies. Data Management: Record and analyze research data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the research team. Collaboration: Assist peers and researchers with ongoing projects, fostering a team-oriented, supportive environment.
