About The Position

The incumbent provides a wide range of technical research support to the Department of Public Health. The incumbent is responsible for gathering, compiling and analyzing research data, creating report content based on research data, providing technical support for the PIC Health Project, interfacing with community members, and preparing materials for project presentations and evaluation. This position includes providing direction to small staff, including research technician I, graduate research assistants, and undergraduate student assistants. Research Technician II This is a part-time (hourly/intermittent), temporary, non-exempt position ending on or before June 30, 2026. Reappointment to this position is dependent upon the individual's performance as well as administrative and budgetary considerations. The university reserves the right to terminate this appointment earlier than the scheduled expiration date.
