Responsibilities

Maintain detailed and organized lab notebooks documenting experiments and mouse colony work.
Perform PCR, RT-PCR, Western blots, and other molecular biology assays.
Participate in shared weekend animal monitoring responsibilities.
Collaborate regularly with supervising physician-scientists to plan and troubleshoot experiments.
Engage actively in lab meetings and literature discussions.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new lab members.
Maintain lab reagents, supplies, and equipment.
Operate standard laboratory instruments and support development of new techniques.
Perform cell culture, viability assays, and clonogenic assays.
Prepare media, chemicals, reagents, and experimental solutions.
