Requirements

Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Five (5) years experience providing administrative support to programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support services and maintains proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Coordinates actions and communication between organizations to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Performs basic security management functions, including maintaining visitor logs and supporting access-control requirements.
Prepares facility planning reports and manages time-accounting systems to support organizational tracking and compliance.
Coordinates schedules, meetings, and facility tours, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
Manages records in accordance with applicable policies and retention requirements.
Makes recommendations for process and procedure improvements to enhance efficiency and mission support.
