About The Position

Under general supervision, interviews and records responses of study/survey participants over the telephone or in person as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent telephone skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a Call Center, Help Desk or interviewing study participants preferred.
• Foreign language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contacts study participants over the telephone.
• Conducts scripted survey by asking and recording items using CATI system or other methods as assigned.
• Uses required coding system to consistently record the interview results.
• Records accurately and consistently the interview into the computer system.
• Completes progress reports as required by project manager.
• Conducts interviews in person according to protocol as needed for studies. This may include driving to the homes of participants or other sites to conduct interviews.
• Performs various other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
