The Research Study Coordinator manages laboratory operations, including regulatory and compliance documentation, participant recruitment, and requisition of laboratory equipment and supplies. This role ensures studies comply with local and federal laws and regulations, as well as Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-site studies, recruiting and screening participants, conducting cognitive assessments, and maintaining all study-related documents and records. The coordinator provides subject matter expertise to other research staff, serves as a point of contact for participants, manages inventory, promotes the study, and reports on progress to the laboratory director and manager.
