About The Position
Ibis Public Sector is seeking a Research & Strategy Lead to manage an on-going community needs research project. The Associate Director will lead project management efforts while overseeing all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research assignments, including project planning and design, questionnaire development, field administration, analysis, report writing, client presentations, and ongoing consulting. As a member of the Research & Strategy team, this role will collaborate closely with a small team of research analysts to ensure research initiatives are executed seamlessly and deliver impactful insights.
