About The Position
Provide computational support for the analysis of mouse lines carrying humanized genetic loci. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the methodologies and sequence constructs used in the generation of these models. Contribute to the preparation of publications describing these mouse lines, including their molecular characterization and expression patterns. Design and generate probes to support ongoing evaluation and validation of the lines. Advise internal and external laboratories on the assessment, transfer, and performance of these models across research settings and cryopreservation facilities.
