Requirements

  • The ability to quickly learn and clearly explain complex healthcare topics
  • Confidence balancing relationship-building with outreach targets and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple projects
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • A natural ability to build trust and represent the “voice of the customer”
  • 4+ years of experience in roles involving interaction with executive or high-level clients and managing deadlines or deliverables
  • Experience taking ownership of projects and driving outcomes
  • 2+ years of account management or similar relationship-focused experience
  • Experience building or improving processes and tracking performance through metrics

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone interviews with healthcare leaders to evaluate the performance of technology and services across the industry.
  • Establish strong rapport with providers across hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations—creating positive, lasting impressions of KLAS.
  • Proactively collect outstanding research for active projects by identifying and engaging the right healthcare professionals.
  • Navigate provider organizations to find executives, directors, and industry experts best suited to speak to specific solutions and experiences.
  • Spend approximately 50% of your time on outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to close research gaps and meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure every provider interaction delivers value—whether through thoughtful conversation, sharing insights, or guiding them through KLAS data and reports.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing connections with a portfolio of healthcare leaders (VIP contacts), engaging them regularly to gather insights and deepen partnerships.
  • Partner with Research and Outreach teams to align efforts with project priorities and ensure research goals are met.
  • Use social platforms, search tools, and internal resources to identify and connect with hard-to-reach healthcare professionals.
