We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and highly organized Research Specialist to join Dr. Ai Ing Lim’s laboratory at Princeton University. The Lim laboratory studies how maternal immunity adapts across reproductive stages and how maternal exposures shape offspring immune development. This position will initially focus on supporting ongoing research projects and learning core experimental techniques. With provided training, the Research Specialist will be expected to carry out experiments independently, contribute to experimental design, and participate in data analysis and figure preparation for presentations and manuscripts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their research skills and prepare for the next stage of their scientific career in a collaborative and supportive environment. Occasional flexible hours may be required to meet research timelines. The position is available starting August 2026, with a negotiable start date.
