The Research Scientist in the Brown Cancer Center will provide research training and experience in cellular immunology and tumor immunotherapy study. Candidate should have training in immunology or biochemistry and experience with human subject study. The position involves techniques including executing experiments on Time of Flight Mass Cytometry (CYTOF) flow cytometry, conventional flow cytometry, imaging acquisition and data processing, and mouse studies. The candidate should have motivation to conduct research, organize data collection and analysis, and assist in research-related tasks on specified projects. The position manages high efficiency omics technologies in flow cytometry and histopathology. The position also provides management and protocol development for multi-parameter flow cytometry and adopting new methods for more efficient use of these technologies for cancer immunology and Immunotherapy projects.
